I am determined to help people achieve their goals. I have a background in martial arts and have been lucky enough to train with some of the best for the last 7 years, and with a love for health and fitness I decided to turn my passion into my career.

 

I train hard but also make sure exercise is fun, that is what I bring to my Mt Roskill boot camp team in every session. I am willing to go the extra mile for those who are willing to help themselves as it all starts with taking that important first step. 

 

No matter who you are, what your background, what your fitness level - I welcome you to my boot camp team!
