Terms and Conditions of Sweat Camp NZ Ltd
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The participant acknowledges and assumes all risk and fully releases from liability Sweat Camp NZ Ltd, or it's employees, contractors, officers or owners.
It is acknowledged that there are inherent risks of physical injury involved in participating in boot camp activities, including but not limited to heart attacks, muscle, ligament or bone injury etc. Risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, personal physical condition, equipment, along with actions by other people including, but not limited to, other campers, trainers and volunteers.
Injury or soreness can occur during or after participation.
Camper further acknowledges that such risks include but are not limited to injuries caused by the negligence of an instructor or other person, defective or improperly used equipment, over-exertion of a participant, slip and fall by a participant, or an unknown health problem or participant.
Participant agrees to assume all risk and responsibility involved with participation in the physical activities.
Participant affirms that participant is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit participation in the physical activities.
Participant acknowledges participation will be physically and mentally challenging, and participant agrees that it is the responsibility of the participant to seek competent medical or other professional advice regarding any concerns or questions involved with the ability of participant to take part in the physical activities.
Participant agrees that he or she is capable of participating in the physical activities.
Participant agrees to assume and risk and responsibility for not exceeding his or her physical limits.
The Injury Prevention, Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2001 covers compensation for accidental personal injury.
FEES
Participant agrees to pay the inital 8 week investment to Sweat Camp NZ Ltd even if participant stops attending sessions. Absent?: Please note that (unlike a gym membership) if you are going to be absent for a week or longer then please emailsandra@sweatcamp.co.nz at least 5 days in advance - this way you will not be charged for that week. However (just like agym membership) if you are absent for a session or two then there will be no refund or sessions credited back. We do not offer refunds or credit for any non communicated absences.
PROMOTIONS
Participant understand that photos or video or testimonial material which may be taken during the course of their involvment with Sweat Camp NZ Ltd is released to Sweat Camp NZ for ongoing promotional purposes.
